At Bakers Delight we make all of our bread using a traditional method of baking called 'scratch baking'. We add raw ingredients one by one to create the freshest bread possible. We do not use premixed products for our bread. We use unbleached white flour. Our Traditional Continental and Cape products contain no preservatives. All of our bread is suitable to freeze for up to two months. We make a full range of products to meet the needs of all of our customers.
